Help me drop this monster truck!

So i have an 04 sedan. Its sitting on 17" wheels with 225/45 Falkens. My wheels/tires dont fill up the wheel well, i hate it. Im leaning on buying h & r springs. Please chime in if you have a good idea of what suspension setups would look good. Thanks!

Gonna need a pretty significant drop to fill all of the wheel gap

Springs prob won't help much with 17s

Get some 19" wheels and 245 40 19 tires and then some 350Z unrevised front springs and G35 Coupe springs in the back. Fits perfect.

For the money, OEM Rays are the way to go. They are light and look good. If you ever get tired of them, they sell pretty easy too.

Agree, Rays are forged wheels NOT low pressure cast like most cheap wheels. They still bend though.....

M35 wheels are nice too, you gotta run spacers with any of them on the sedan however.

And don't be fooled
The 18" ones are cast NOT forged

Well, that explains why mine bent so easy.

Well, part of the problem is you don't have the right size tire on the car now.

225/45/17 = 25.6" in diameter
215/55/17 = 26.3" in diameter.

Having a slightly smaller tire diameter exaggerates the look of a huge, open wheel well.

Larger rims alone isn't going to fill the wheel well. Proper tire sizing is critical as well.

That's why I suggested these rims and tires, fills the wheel well quite well.

It also retains the original (for my car at least) rolling circumference so my speedometer is not off.

I would bet yours reads fast right now.

These were the best fit I ever had, they had a +30 offset:

The tires on these were 245 35 19, I went up to 245 40 19 and it was perfect
