Inner tire tread wear

I have a 2003 G35 coupe with about 120,000 miles on it and I've been getting inner tire wear like crazy. I've gone through 2 sets of tires already and really don't want to chew through some good rubber until I get the problem fixed. The only suspension upgrades I've done to date are KYB Excel-G shocks and Tien springs with the least aggressive drop I could find on them.

The problem occurs solely on the front end with no tire wear at all in the rear. I've noticed an odd chirping/squeaking noise whenever there is suspension travel but really only seems to happen at low speeds consistently and also a sort of 'clunking' noise when I lock the steering wheel when I'm backing out of my driveway or turning onto an adjacent street if that helps pinpoint the problem.

I've read enough through these forums to know that these cars were made with some negative camber from the factory for improve handling and to zero out the camber to increase tire life that I'll have to procure adjustable upper control arms. Would I have to get the lower control arms as well?

Any insight or advice would be greatly appreciated!
