sport tunes suspension

Ok so my car has the sps package however it is now comming up on 129k miles and i would like to replace some of the parts that came with this package.

Where should i start? I know the sway bars were stiffer but what else is included?

Also what would you recommend i upgrade to for better handeling on the street (with maybe some light track intentions). I still want a smooth enough ride.

Do some searching. Sport suspension had stiffer rear springs, stiffer sway bars and the 19" wheel/tire combo.

At 129K, likely you'll want to replace all the front bushings (LCA, compression rod, UCA, sway bar) plus possibly some of the rear bushings - whitelines are good choice.
Likely your shocks are done - If you don't want to go the coilover route, Koni Yellows, Tokico DSP, and Bilstein are good options if you want adjustability.
Springs could be sagging a bit, but those do last a while.
You could add adjustable sways (Stillen, Motordyne, etc.) if you want to tune for the track and/or go stiffer for the street. Will still yield a nice ride as a DD

Also look at the stickies at the top of this section.
