This is easy, Motordyne sways and Power Grid adjustable end links to tighten up your suspension making twisty roads at speed a no brainer! With only 40K miles on your G I wouldn't replace the shocks yet, when you need to Tokico D Spec adjustable shocks are a great choice! The sways, end links and shocks are all part of my build and work very well without issues!
Good Luck and Enjoy the ride!

should have mentioned, already have Hotchkis sways and Tokico D-specs with Tein 350Z H-Techs...my bad.

was thinking of softening the sways and shocks a bit.

will have mechanic check everything when he is in there.

just wanted to be sure.

thanks.

Logic behind "softening" your sways?
Are you changing your wheel/tire set up? Too much oversteer?

car is a pleasure only driver and is only driven on back roads to my office...some of which are not in the best condition.

enjoy the feel/response of my 2015 BMW wagon in sport mode much better. will be trying to get a feel in my G that is somewhat "similar".

figure I would have the Hotchkis sways adjusted to the "softest" position which is still much stiffer that stock sways from what their website states.

trying to emulate the ride of my BMW...know that is not 100% possible.

there is my logic.

If you're aiming for more BMW-like ride, going with stiffer (shorter 350z) springs and softer sways is not necessarily what I would recommend. BMW usually achieves their handling by going with stiffer shocks and softer springs (and stiffer sways, I believe).

I am running stock springs, D-specs 3 turns from full stiff in the rear and 4 turns from full stiff up front, and Stillen sways on medium settings and I love the handling. Not punishing at all, responds and transitions quickly with minimal body roll.

I only have 58K on my garaged/babied '04 and replaced the front suspension bushing with Whitelines on the UCA's and LCA's and the car feels and drives like a new car. I love the Whitelines. If you plan on keeping it for a while, it's a worthwhile spend.
