I bow down to the G35 suspension guru. Gsedan35, we're not worthy!
EDIT: Someone make this a sticky, like NOW!

Great thread. Im curious, are these numbers exact and up-to-date? i get different drop and spring rates for the tanabe DF210 from different sources.

"The DF210 coil spring offers a large drop, while retaining superb ride quality characteristics. The spring rate is raised 10-15% to compensate for the shortened amount of suspension travel, without over stiffening the spring rate and affecting ride quality and shock lifespan." Fact is, specs that show the DF210 coupe spring is Stiffer or softer then oem springs by F-2% R+3% , hardly 10 to 15 percent stiffer. I will change the rear DF210 coupe rear lowering spec to reflect 1.3" of rear drop. Last edited by Gsedan35; 09-28-2005 at 11:03 PM. |

FYI
for info on Silk Road http://www.silkroad-usa.com/pages/rm8.htm standard spring rates : 10kg (F)/8kg (R). you can also spec your spring rate Quote:
