Good Price?

Hi,

I'm looking to buy an 08 g35 with prem nav and tech and received a quote of 35,877 plus TTL and am wondering if this is a good price. I am financing with the 1.9 rate so will not be able to get the market support cash. Any feedback is greatly appreciated!
