Looking to purchase a G35 6MT Sedan soon have Q's

hey you beat me to the post, I'm also going to buy a g next march and already looking at everything that associates with these cars. I drove about 5 different +07 sedans since i work valet parking and all of them felt really nice (unlike any other in its respective category) but I did stumble into all sorts of different 1st generation sedans. There was this one I think 04 that was just beat up and i felt sorry for the car because the owner probably didn't give a damn about it. Another one had really sensitive brakes it was weird. After pressing them they would dramatically brake idk maybe the pedal was just messed up. Anyway I think the new 07 models drive and feel much better when driving it but like you I will be looking at the 1st gen because they are about 6k cheaper and arent that much worse than the 2nd gen. I also wasnt impressed with the navigation in the first gen sedan, the quality was bad and very slow. If you find 2 cars white exterior and black interior holla at me I'm also looking for that combo lol.

I would def let you know, But at this point I cant even find a White w/Black even on the whole internet. Im looking and looking not dead set on white but must be an 05/06 6MT with Black Leather, Navi doesnt have to be there but must be sport package which it looks like all 6MTs are Sports with LSD.

I could've gotten a second gen sedan, but I love the 1st gen's style more and bought one. Yeah, the nav and a few other amenities pale in comparison to the 2nd gen, but I can live with it

Yup, that's my car. Unfortunately, Graphite (black) interior was not available on the 05/06 G35s. It was only an option in 03/04 and 07/08, IIRC. So, if you want an 05/06 in IP, your best bet is Stone (like mine). You have a black steering wheel and black dash, but have gray leather.

When I was looking for mine, it was the only one for sale in the country. I was looking for an 05/06 6MT Sedan, Navi, Aero, in IP with Stone interior. I flew from Phoenix to Oakland and bought it, immediately driving it 10 hours back to Phoenix. No regrets.

If you're looking for a flawless car, I'll go ahead and tell you that mine isn't. It does have minor door dings and rock chips that you mentioned above. But, they're not that bad. And, if you're as particular as I was when I bought my car (as far as what kind of car you want), it would be worth it.

The car is 100% mechanically sound. When I first bought it, the clutch pedal was sticking 1/2 upon return. However, that problem was corrected when the dealer replaced the clutch master and slave cylinders under warranty.

It really all depends on what you're looking for. I was in love with the 2nd Gen's. But, after having mine for a while, I'd take the 05/06 over a 2nd Gen anyday.

And, PNN23, all 6MT's have the Sport Package.

Not just yet, I see your car is for sale! Its a very nice car im mostly looking for a Black Interior car but the gray looks awesome too! Best of luck with the sale if I was closer I would def give it consideration.

And, as I mentioned above, if you're looking for an 05/06 in Ivory Pearl, you won't get Graphite (black) interior.
