Full tank of gas on purchase of any new or used car?

I've bought alot of cars from dealers and no matter if the car was used or new they always fill the tank. Well tomorrow I'm picking up my 04 G35. He said the car was wash and ready to go. I asked him if the tank was full and he said they didn't do that. He said the could put $15 bucks in but they don't fill em up. I don't know about anyone else but that seems odd to me. I'm picking it up from Pinnacle nissan of Scottsdale. Anyone have the same experience?

I've never had dealers around here fill up the tank--but then again, I had never asked

It's standard practice with every car I have purchased , new or used from a Dealer.

New cars get a full tank of gas, because it is subsidized by the Brand.

Used cars... that is up to the dealerships. At Riverside Infiniti, EVERY car gets a full tank of gas and 3 free services
