Need help!

Im torn between keeping my 06 6mt g35 coupe fully loaded or moving on and getting a newer car. probably leasing within a q series, 3 series or maybe even 4. I love the g but I'm afraid that it might break down soon and the car doesn't have enough value for me to repair if such thing happens.

The car has about 145k miles
The bad/ need repair on the car

Leather seat driver side tear, really minor maybe about a 2 inches
Bluetooth is not working, I haven't got it checked as to why. thinking of going aftermarket if I decided to keep it
The car is consuming oil and I think as a result my car sometimes feel like its choking. I replaced the throttle body chamber twice on the car and I think it has a lot to do with the oil leaking. this is my 2nd oil change that I could hear my car rattling due to low oil.
The car is almost paid off and If I could ill keep the car like the repairs to keep it reliable isn't as much with the chance of it breaking down. I drive about 40 miles a day so its not that bad but I wanna take it to long drives if necessary.

The car has been maintained since acquiring it. (100k)
No major maintenance whatsoever yet. So I have a few questions, 1) is it worth keeping the car and do all the repairs? what repairs should I be doing that you guys recommend for this amount of miles? ive been driving a g35 for about almost 10 years now 3 year lease and 6 years on this one so I'm pretty familiar with the repairs and how the car acts if theres something wrong. What I'm not familiar is the repairs/mods for the engine not to leak. Also, how is the transmission on the car? the dealer recommended me to replace it about 10k miles ago for 4.5k and I don't feel anything wrong other than it doesn't have that much power to it compared before. I didn't tune the car yet.

any thoughts would be appreciated. thanks guys!

Personal preference on whether to keep but if it's paid off I'd keep it.
The OC issue is very common, need to inspect your valve covers and spark plugs. If there's any oil, replace the covers and gasket along with adding a catch can cutting off the vacuum hose into the plenum.
Transmission can handle 200k plus depending how it is driven...clutch may last that long as well.
Can't really say much on repairs...haven't had to do much myself but I would predict suspension components and bushings going in the near future.
