Okay, since nobody else it taking the lead here, I'll get things started. Let's aim for an all-Alberta G/Z meet on June 19th or 26th in Red Deer. I'll include a poll to see who can make it when, and we'll take it from there. The Driven to Perform show is June 2 in Calgary, June 16 in Edmonton, and I couldn't find any info regarding when VEX is doing their meet/cruise (we connected with them last year, turned out to be pretty fun).

Past experience tells me Red Deer works best, so let's plan to meet at Wild Bill's in the north end and maybe take a cruise (long or short) from there.

Any other options and feedback welcome.

The poll results are still pretty even, so I'm going to selfishly and arbitrarily say:

June 26th in Red Deer, 2:00 pm at the North Hill Inn - 7150 - 50 Ave.

Edm guys can do a mini-meet the 19th if they like, and let's definitely have another one in July!

 

26th is preferable, but I'd make it either date.

Yup, Fri/Sat/Sun so you can still catch the finals on Sunday. If it happens that we meet on the 26th, maybe I'll stick around for that, I love the drags.

I'd be better with the 26th, not 100% I can make it, but a definite maybe. Saturdays are just another day of the week for me.

 

I'm 99% sure that I can't do the 26th but any of the 5th, 12th or 19th would likely be fine.
