Anyone running their carputer off a laptop?
Anyone running their carputer off a laptop? I have been thinking about getting one of those little Sony Vaio's and I want to use it with a digital wheelz screen for internet and email and what not. I also want to be able to take it out the car with me easily and use it for both the carpc and my mobile pc.
anyone doing something like this?>

I am, with $700 Averatec. Get docking station if you can.
See this thread for some pro and con. Ask if you need help with laptop.
