Car PC Suggestions
Ok so I have been wanting to put a PC in my car and I was wondering if there is an alternative for the G35 for screens other than the motorized screen from mp3car.com Someone at a meet I went to recently told me that there is one you can get for around 350 that goes right in the cubby and someone on the board makes them or something? If anyone knows of any drop in alternatives where I dont have to mod anything on my car that would be great. Thank you!

GodOfCPU makes them, and he sells them on mp3car.com. They are under the Infiniti section of the mp3car.com store. They are not motorized. They go into the cubby hole. They are by far the best option for car PC screens for the G35. We're really lucky he spent the time, energy and money to make these wonderful screens for our cars. Yes, I am a GodOfCPU fanboy

There is almost no way possible to install a carPC without modifying something on your car. |

Oh I know that but I mean minimal modifications. I know I will be pulling it apart to run wires and there is a plastic piece I have to cut away that is not seen but it says it can be returned to stock afterwards when it is taken out...

yes, it goes where the OEM nav goes. You can't install it if you have OEM NAV, without completely removing the NAV screen.
No external cutting is required, but you do have to cut some plastic inside the dash pocket. For pics, click on either or both of the links in my sig. |
