Safe to use a quick detailer spray?

Are they safe to use when you've got a light coat of dust, etc. the car? I'm a little worried about creating light swirls during removal. But I'd like to try them out as a quick spruce-up between washes.

There are TONS...

I would recommend these for a lightly dusty finish.

Try:
My favorite:
Mixing 1oz of Optimum No-Rinse with 32oz water in a spray bottle. You can add a little Optimum Car Wax or OID to the mix for added shine.

Chemical Guys makes a product called Pro-Detailer that is excllent for this also. Just ask them to send it to you with no carnauba.

Poorboy's sells Spray & Wipe which is also an excellent product.

I never use quick detailer spray unless I have just washed my car.
I've found that dusting my car every day with the california duster works really well.
Granted my car only sees the sun when I'm driving but it keeps the car shiny for weeks between washes.
Doesn't allow the dust and dirt to build up on itself as quickly.

I always use these two shots to show people the safety and performance of ONR.

BEFORE:

AFTER:

It will pass a halogen swirl inspection.

i use the duster as well, but take caution, it will leave you swirl marks. Harder to see on other colors, but on black, it shows. The safest way to do it is to use a quick detailer, but that takes time. I use the California Duster, but I've learned to deal with the swirl marks.

It actually does work. Of course, it is hard to believe that it won't leave swirl marks, but new technology kicks ***.

I have used the dusters with not a lot of swirl. I suggest doing a search for duster and see the opinions. For a quick detailer, like jdoira above, i use a homemade brew of Klasse AIO and water in a sprayer. Somewhere on line I believe Klasse discusses the mixture. I like it.

Ask any detail enthusiast and you will know that dusters do cause swirling/spiderweb marks. You might not be able to see it as well on certain colors.

ONR is great or get their 32oz quick detailer which is concentrated and will last forever. Its their Detailer & Gloss Enhancer and the ONR is fairly cheap for such a great product.

I only QD after a wash as well. I've realized that ONR doesn't take that much longer than a QD, and provides much better and safter results. In the spring/summer I ONR probably 2-3 times a week, and QD after every wash. This definitely increases how often I have to seal, but worth it to me.
