How to clean/polish titanium exhaust
So I've used just soap and water on my Amuse titanium exhaust, but after my car being in the shop for over a month and a lack of washing, my exhaust tips have water spots and some minor surface scratches (not on the blue gradation), which I am looking to fix.
I have tried some mother's mag polish, but am searching for other polishes/cleaners that might be of better use for titanium. Some products I am considering are: Luster Lace: http://classic-motoring.stores.yahoo...olulacopa.html P21S polishing soap: http://classic-motoring.stores.yahoo.net/p2poso2.html Eagle One Never Dull: http://classic-motoring.stores.yahoo.net/nevrdull.html Wenol Polish: http://classic-motoring.stores.yahoo.net/wemepo2.html Any thoughts/suggestions?

DO NOT TRY TO POLISH THE TIPS! You will rub off the anodized color...the color on the tips is a thin layer of oxidation and if you try to polish the tips with any of those products, you can say goodbye to your blueish tips. Polishing a metal essentially takes a very thin layer off of the metal and it will take the oxidized layer along with it.
Just wash with soapy water and a wet paper towel.

Also, there are some polishing products thare are stated to be safe on anodized/plated metals such as: FLITZ METAL POLISH: http://classic-motoring.stores.yahoo...epofipare.html, P21S MULTI SURFACE FINISH RESTORER: http://classic-motoring.stores.yahoo...mulfinres.html, and WENOL. And I will use soap and water to prep the exhaust and also after I apply Never Dull or flitz or P21S. But I would never use a paper towel to sponge or dry on a $3k+ titan exhaust. I use a microfibe chenille mit for washing, foam or a microfiber applicator for the Never Dull. After washing the exhaust again, I plan to aply a coat of Black Diamond All Metal Sealant: http://classic-motoring.stores.yahoo...etdiallme.html
