Remove Front Plate - Found This !
So im working on the G today and after throwing on an intake I decided to remove the front plate. What I found is the dealership or perhaps first owner used 2 large screws to screw the plate holder into the front bumper & it looks like they wrote G35 and a number under it as well.
Ive been clay bar it for 30 minutes and cant get it off. Any recommendations?
Sorry for the bad pics but its raining out, my overhead light bulbs in the garage went out so light is limited.

If it was me I would wet sand it. Starting with some 1000 grit working to less aggressive grits. The trick is to keep it wet all the time. It probably won't take much to get it off. Keep in mind your just trying to remove the marks that are sitting on the clear coat, if you sand to much you'll go through it so be careful!

As for the holes from the screws, thoughts on those? I was considering just very carefully sanding down the edges, then using touch up paint as best I can around the hole. Perhaps using a small amount of filler to fill the hole first.
Thanks for the info, ill take more pics & after pics on Sunday when I work on it.
