Forgot to add:

Fresh paint on pretty much the entire car except the hood, as the driver side side skirt, which is being done as we speak! Might as well make her pretty before she gets a new forever home. hahahaha

I don't need a car, have one already, thanks!

But I _am_ interested in your comment about the ashtray/iPhone conversion. Did you do that yourself custom? Any details? Pics? A DIY somewhere? Or is it a product? (That seems unlikely, tho.)

Thanks!

Hey man, no it wasn't any sort of DIY. I bought the Pac module, and an iPod dock, 3Md it down. Ran the 3.5 to back of dock to Pac module, then powered the dock with the pos neg on the cig adapter and voila.

Oh OK got it. Appreciate the clarification. I have a PAC I picked up waiting for installation; will need a lightning adapter/dock. I'll have to take a look at this and see how my 5s works. Thanks for the idea to investigate.

Haha

I need something bigger. My dog will rip my car's interior to shreds and it's time for a more suitable family vehicle. I love this car, but you gotta do what you gotta do.

Please don't pay to have someone install this, it's super easy as long as you own as much as a screwdriver. Just don't rush.

Oh no. That was an incomplete sentence: "...installation _by me_." Although diligent searching of the forum will reveal that I have had my moments of screwdriver incompetence.
