The G37 gauge cluster you picked out is an awesome find. You'll definitely be very unique if you can get this thing working. I'll be looking forward to your progress and maybe seeing it in person some day.
I can finish a LED swap in a day if you drive up here.

similarly, if you ship me parts I can do it in a day also.

Maybe in the future I can plan a weekend up there and do a swap or something. Help you out if I can, I just don't wanna get in your way since I'm not that mechanical savy when it comes to cars. I'll turn some wrenches on a helcopter tho!

What would you charge if I were to do it?

I will be very interested in how you get the mph to read accurately since the g35 has 2 pulse speed sensing and the g37 has 8 pulse sensing. You will most likely need some sort of CAN converter to make the difference in signals translate properly. I have been looking for the separate unified meter for the 37 gauges. Where did you end up finding one? My g37 cluster has been collecting dust ever since I found out about the pulse sensing, I would love to dust it off and dig in again! Best of luck!

I found that in the 06 g35 there is both 8-pulse and 2-pulse VS, on pins 13 and 14 respectively on connector M19

for the 08 g37 it requires the 2 and 8 pulse go into the unified meter and 8 pulse directly to the cluster.

in theory it should all just connect right up when I get the unified meter.
