Transgo Shift kit

Hi guys I was wondering if any of you have experience with this shift kit brand. Im looking into getting one for my 2005 5at g35, however im not sure which kit im needing. If you guys could help me with the correct kit number I would really appreciate it!

Also if you guys have any feedback on performance and about how much it cost to to have your entire setup installed including trans fluid i would appreciate that as well thanks!

ya, you have 2005, you'll be fine. the valve body in the 2003/2004 is different than 05-07 i believe, so you're good

Sorry I was working when I responded earlier and just saw this as well. The website says its for a "G35 Valve Body Upgrade Kit AT - 03-06 Sedan" What you are stating about the years is kinda throwing me off too now.

Can anyone verify what I need for a 2005 5AT RWD Coupe?

I didn't tune my car after install of the shift kit, it's totally fine.

Good to know it can waite a few months or so lol. How much did you spend to have it installed approx? Some people are posting anywhere from $500 -$900. 500 i can do $900 is quite a bit for just the install itself, although i realize it is going to be expensive because of the fluid and intricacy involved.

As long as the mfg number is the same its the same right? I found it here for a little cheaper. I could find it on ebay for about 100 dollars less but I dont trust them as much XD

Sweet! As far as daily driving goes what is it like in bumper to bumper traffic or going up a parking garage and getting stuck on the ramp behind someone?

What are the shifts from 1st - 2nd like under these driving conditions? Ive heard a lot of people say the shifts are still really harsh when not at WOT.

However im not sure its because of improper install or what the issue may be. Or if it really is that harsh. Youtube videos dont really get that point across too well haha
