Should I change my trans fluid at 90k for the first time?

Never been changed for, but the transmission is fine except sometimes there is some slight hesitation in upshifting..

you must do a complete flush (3+ quarts in the trany and 6+ in the radiator)

little over 6 in the radiator. Total 10 7/8 qt.
