strange noise from tranny?
Hi, huy i'm new here. I'm from Quebec, Canada. I just bought a 05 sedan 6mt with 91000km. I don't know the past maintenance so I don't took chance & i change the tranny fluid. First time I put Castrol Syntec 75w90 GL5. After the shifting was harder than before & at 3000rpm & more, I start hearing a sound like the wind from the middle of the car. I did some search here I read that a lot a people have these problem. I switch for the Amsoil 75w90 GL4 & still hear the sound from the tranny & still harder than the first one but smoother than the Castrol.
Also when we remove the Castrol, the oil have a strange color.... like the oil have air in????? Does I have to put oem oil or I have another problem??? Thanks in advance ![]() Kevin.. |
