New clutch!!

New to this forum, I have an 04, 6MT. Has 91k miles and I can tell by the rattling that either the clutch bearings are going or that my non experienced drifting a$$ messed something up. I'm looking on eBay to buy a clutch kit and I don't want to spend more than $500. Which of these brands are better than the other junk being sold. F1, kupp, XTD, XTR, bahnhof.......

If you had said it was rattling when you bought it, I would have told you, you have a "light weight" flywheel. But if you have been abusing it, It could be the chatter springs in the friction plate.

I can make one good recommendation, go with the Jim Wolf Technology Clutch pack. I put one in mine about two years ago and it's going strong, I don't think I'll ever need another.

I can highly recommend Kyle at www.importpartspro.com he is still rocking a good deal on this over two years later:

If you don't do the work yourself, it will cost you between $400-600 to RR the clutch pack.

I just noticed you said you don't want to spend more than $500, FORGETAHBOUDIT, there is no way to get a good clutch that will put up with the kind of abuse a young kid will put on it.
