Trouble After Upstream O2 Sensor Change

Recently, the check engine light had been going on and off for P1273 - Air Fuel Sensor 1 Running Lean. After looking into it, I found that the pre cat O2 Sensor needed to be changed on Bank 1 (Passenger Side). Mind you, my 2004 Coupe 6MT had been running very well before this, only the check engine light was on and it did not affect performance.
Things got worse after I replaced the O2 Sensor. I am 100% certain i changed the sensor correctly. I did not have the battery disconnected though, not sure if it matters. I started the car up after and it had a rough idle all of a sudden. I changed the sensor with a $110 Bosch piece from Autozone.
I figured that the car just needed to go through some driving so the new sensor can learn the car. I have put 300 miles on the car since the swap and the light is still on and the idle is still rough. Not as rough as it originally was however. The car is constantly throwing these 4 codes since the swap and they will not go away. These codes are P1031, P1051, P1148, P1168. The first two codes are for upstream O2 sensors and the p1148 and p1168 are for Closed Loop Bank 1 & 2.
So far I have tried to clear the codes with my handheld OBD Scanner, I did the "pedal dance" ECU reset multiple times, checked the fuses by the footwell, made sure my battery is charged, double checked correct installation and nothing is working. Sometimes when I start the car it instantly wants to turn off and the RPM's will dip but it will catch itself and return to a normal idle.
My mods include, a Stillen Z Tube, Berk High Flow Cats that have about 12k miles on them and a K&N Drop In Filter.
The weirdest part is that I do not believe that performance is affected by this problem. I went to the dragstrip the day after this installation with the check engine light and rough idle, made 3 passes down the 1/4 mile (14.15, 14.18, 14.21). I even beat an Automatic coupe with more mods than me.
This leads me to believe that my car needs a computer reflash from the dealership as there was a TSB about this issue back in August 2006. I am not sure though as I am fairly new to the Nissan/Infiniti game.

Anyone have any inputs on the issues I am having? The car is currently running a little smoother but the check engine light and less rough idle will not go away.
