06 6mt coupe misfiring 😓

hey guys I'm new here , I've had my car for 4 yrs now and it has 347000km . I changed my spark plugs 30k ago . I installed a oil catch can to help with the oil consumption, but.......I messed up the connections like an idiot . I connected the PCI valve to the hose going to the intake and I blocked off the two connections , one on the intake and the other by the phelum . This caused pressure to build up in the motor but I did not notice the car acting funny as I drove it for 300 km ,in fact it ran strong. But then when I was idling in a parking lot the car starts shaking and I get the ces light flashing p0300 . That's when I checked and found the pressure behind the dipstick and while opening oil filler cap.i reversed bam to stock and uninstalled the oil catch can . I took it to the dealer today and he was quiet uncertain as to wat was causing the misfire , he found my timing chain to b at 0 & -1 sometimes 1 & -1 . Says I need new sprockets timing chain and tensioners .

The engine sounds quiet but I can hear the engine misfiring ( the rhythm was off if u know wat I mean ) lol.

I'd love your input !! Plz tel me wat I broke lol I really can't afford a new engine rite now . ohh and also my valve cover gaskets are soaked in oil from where I can see , don't know if that can cause a random/multiple misfire . Today I also got p0302 one time during the day
Thanks !

At 347,000km I think your car is pretty much done. I would not sink any more money into it because you will not get it back. At this point I would part it out or sell it.

I took the phelum setup out and cleaned it up and found the metal gasket under the phelum was rusted with paint chipping of it . I temp fixed it for now but the car is running normal again . P.s the insides were covered in some kinda of black coloured gunky stuff.oil and coolant r all good . Oil is still the same with buring tho lol gonna put the catch can back properly soon and see if that solves anything.
