Need help obd code

Need help obd code

Hello so recently my car has been acting a lil weird feels a lil bit lazy slows down when i let go of gas also feels really hot but I'm not sure if its the car or this crazy california weather because the radiator was replaced exactly a year ago and the needle stays in the middle and radiator fluid is full but yesterday i got a check engine code which i immediately scan on my obd2 reader and code (C3104 - Chassis) came up Ive searched everywhere and can't find what exactly that is please help??

I don't think that's a valid code highest I see for C codes is like 1929 or something. Normal OBD2 scanners don't pick up anything other than P codes I thought also. There is a C1104, which relates to one of the wheel sensors.
