best xbox 360 game?
I want to get a new game because I just bought Assassin's Creed and didn't like it. I bought it used from GameStop so I have 7 days to return it and get a new game... I can't decide what to get, but I'm looking at SplinterCell and Ghost Recon 2.. any other suggestions? I've already got Halo 3, GTA IV, and CoD4 I was thinking I'd like some sort of game that is good single player, but not repetitive
also is dead rising any good? never seen it before just heard about it.

Sould Caliber IV is about to come out, nothing else IMO really good is coming out until November.....COD 5 and GoW 2!!

when is it coming out? the reason i can't wait for november is because the 360 is my brothers and he's bringing it to college in september

Dude you don't like Assasins Creed? Personally I wasn't really into that new Splinter Cell, the Double Agent one. I like the classics better. But honestly, I'm not big on ANY Tom Clancy games.. Assasins Creed though, was a pretty amazing game IMO. Graphics are top notch and the gameplay was excellent.. It was a little repetitive though in the sense that most of the marks were in the same exact cities. But other than that, even the story was good..
You wanna good single player game? Go for Devil May Cry 4... That **** is super fun, and never repetitive. OR you can ditch thay 360 altogether, trade it in and get PS3 with Metal Gear Solid 4, hands-down D best game out of the decade.

^ lol its not mine to trade in.. assassin's creed, i played for like 3 hours yesterday and it was the same stuff over and over, you climb a building to look out, you kill a couple guards, you ride a horse, and you eavesdrop on people.. the graphis are amazing and the interaction is good, but the actual game isn't fun for me :-/

I bought Assassin's Creed when it first came out but never really played it and didn't enjoy it. My favorite game on the 360 is Rainbow Six Vegas 2. The single player campaign is ok but it really shines in multiplayer. I like the terrorist hunt the best. Graphics and gameplay are good and the AI of the enemy is good as well, no battle is the same and you can't do the same thing all the time and be successful.

A couple of games to look out for.
GTA4 of course, the illest game Upcoming: Project Origin (Fear 2) Mirror's Edge (take on Parkour) Fallout 3 left 4 dead (if you like zombie games)
