Best Harddrive for ~$100-200

So I'm looking to upgrade my outdated IDE ATA HDD with a SATA harddrive. I've found a couple of different ones and want to know what your opinions are, and whether I should look at something else. Here are the two I found. (I only have about 80-100gbs of stuff so I don't really need more space, but I want something fastttttt)

Now for this one, what does perpendicular recording mean?

and this has twice as much cache, is that better?

thoughts? I'm going to be buying one today probably so let me know.. right now I've got a 3.8ghz pentium d, 2gbs ram, evga 7800gtx.

Also, does your MB support the SATA? or even SATA2?

Here's what I would get... if your MB supports it.

It doesnt matter what SATA it is. SATA1 is sufficient for all drives.
