South Florida NHRA Sport Compact Nationals 4/1-4/2
I usually make a weekend out of it and stay overnight. But I think it would be cool if we had club representation on Sunday. We can get there early, set up a tent and line up the cars. There will be a lot of people there and it would be good exposure for the club.
What do you all think?
Skip the intro.....go to 4/1 in the upcoming events for a flyer.

The reason why I like to go on Saturday is because it is test and tune from 2-10 pm with three qualifying runs in between. There are generally not as people and you can get a fair amount of runs in. Not to mention that the 2-day race ticket costs the same as the 1-day on Sunday.
Since I have never run my car with my setup, Saturday would be good practice for me. If you are going to run your car for the first time on Sunday, you will probably get 2-3 runs (depending on how many people break down) during the time trials plus however many runs you last in the event. Also learing to drive your car in front of a lot of people.....not cool.
