I need to lose 8 pounds in 5 days

I know this is possible.... I'll do anything wether its healthy or not.. Its just a temporary thing...

Doesn't need to be necessarily fat.. I just need to shed 8 pounds off my body weight..

I know this is possible... any advice?

I am willing to take ex-lax and **** my brains out.

8 lbs. Hell, I have done that in an hour. FYI- 1 gallon of sweat weighs a little over 7 lbs.

Go buy a vinyl/plastic workout suite or cut a trashbag to make on. Put some sweats on over it, and go run or ride a stationary bike. If you lose a ton of water weight, youll be thirsty as hell, chew gum. When you do eat, eat a rice cake, or a small serving of pasta salad.

I used cut from 160ish to 140 my senior wrestling season. Once I made weight, I usually ballooned back up to near 150. So, I would usually have to cut 8-10 lbs in the last 2-3 days before every match...

Not sure WHY you need to make a weight, but if its a morning weigh in, depending on your body type, youll float 1-3 lbs sleeping. So, if your within a lb or so the night before, youll be ok.

Oh, and if your not worried about doing it healthily, cut back on your liquid intake, water weight is heavy. Are they checking your hydration when making the weight? If so, drink a thing of pedialite, the baby stuff. Itll make your pee-pee seem more hydrated than it is.

Thank you very much guys... To be honest, its nothign VERY important... I am going sky diving on the 20th and you must be under 230 pounds... I weigh 235 so I'm wanting to lose 8 for good measure.. IDK if they weigh you or not but I really want to sky dive and I don't want my body weight to be the thing that holds me back.

stop swallowing.

Also, cheating on your skydiving wegiht sounds dangerous, what if the cord snaps beyond 230. (I'm kidding)

^ that's why he's going for 8 versus 5 pounds.

i'd probably reschedule the jump til i was in the clear at least by 15 -20 pounds but that's just me.

Better hope that weight isn't with gear on. I agree with Cremaster.
