To be honest, I didn't know working out gives you energy.
I work out within 30 minutes I roll off my bed. When I'm done with my workout, I feel pretty good but I always felt it was because it's early in the day, the rest, breakfast, etc. Well today I was really tired most of the end of the day. I did not feel like doing anything else but just lay on my couch and watch t.v. but somehow I ended up at the gym. I did 20 minutes of cardio and I was jacked up for the rest of the night. I'm gonna start doing this every day evening now.

I'm pretty sure it has to deal with the testosterone that your body builds in order to keep your work out going. Thus resulting in more energy.
I could be wrong lol... but it sounds about right.

A healthy and fit person will always have more energy than a sedentary person.
Every day is different and working out won't always "give you energy" on that particular day. If you have a very long or stressful workout you'll likely be somewhat depleted for the remainder of the day. |

Endorphins. You get energized from the blood circulation and the release of endorphins. Be careful not to workout too close to bed time or you might find it hard to fall asleep. I find 3-5pm perfect. I'm able to go home energized, get dinner and some chores done and by 10 I'm pooped and ready for bed.
