Ok so I bought this at GNC on sunday after seeing it on bodybuilding.com

I didnt think it works and to be honest I still think its all in my head.

On sunday night I weighed in at 192lbs. Thats after my work out and I did not use this product that night.

Monday I took my 1st dose. Now the dose recommends 3 pills in the moring on an empty stomach and 3 more 6-8 hours later. Since it was my 1st day I took 2 pills in the morining and I for got to bring them along to work so I missed my 2nd dose.
Now when I got to the Gym monday night, I did a full body work out.

Tuesday morining woke up sore and tired. Took my 1st dose of the day which was the 3 pills at 8am and I no longer felt like i was going to pass out. Took away the tiredness.
At 5pm took my 2nd dose. 3 more pills.
While at work I felt so jittery and jumpy. Mind you I sit on my *** for 8 hours.
At the gym I did full upper body and abs.

Figured Id weigh my self after my work out and I came in at 185lbs.

Today i have yet to hit the Gym and i will be doing lower body and abs, but I have taken both servings and Im really Jittery and ready to workout. I dont think its the product, but more all that caffine and my own head asuming its the product.


Its still to early to say if it works at buring fat but I do notice that my urge to eat has gone down, Im actully eating to keep my body going rather than eating just becuase I have a buck to spend aka cravings.


So far all I can say is that I paid $24.99 (it was post dated meaning it will expire within the next 6 months and i got it at 1/2 price) for what appears to be a bunch of caffine and appitite controler/curver.

From the reviews ive seen online, it looks like it will work for about the 1st 4-6weeks then the results after that dont really justify the price anymore.

Lets see where this goes.



P.S. I did make sure i took my pre-game (dump) before the start of every work out
