As stated they do, but I wouldn't try to change the coolant when the tray is on. I did and **** went everywhere. The flow draining out didn't play nice with the hole and I made a huge mess. Spend the 5 minutes to just remove it and you'll be a lot happier I promise.

You would want to use a funnel when draining the coolant - but I always take mine off when I work on anything under the engine, though. Removing just the rear section is a matter of just a few bolts and you can leave the front on, takes like 60 sec for me. For doing a coolant change which happen once in a great while.
