eeek, too bad you're so close to pittsburg...its like a 4-hr drive for me, otherwise i'd make an offer, glws. I suggest craigslisting it for your rock bottom price or even keeping it for winter use.

in your defense, $400 for even average paint work and install on a bumper in our region is common.

Wow that is a major difference to the 100-200 repaint of a bumper down here, and that is at quality shops.

ive been to MD b4 when i bought some 18" axis rims from another member on here
im down to drive if the price is right
