i recently just changed from eibachs to teins and they are very different to say the least.

eibachs
pro: aggressive appearance (pretty much 1 finger gap in front, tucked in rear). virtually eliminated dive and squat. minimized roll. remarkably soft ride near stock comfort (for the record, i have a nonsport suspension)
con: occasional clearance issues. very rare but i was spooked by steep driveways/speed bumps. i couldn't get the rear camber within spec but others were able to.

tein Htechs
pro: haven't completed alignment yet, but the drop is so mild i can't imagine how it wouldn't be within spec. still looks better than stock
con: i think it rides stiffer than stock (which is expected) but also stiffer than my eibachs, which i found odd. comparing published rates led me to expect this but didn't think it'd be so obvious on the butt dyno.

if i could do a 3rd choice, i'd do the eibachs on sport shocks. which is probably what i'll do if my eibachs don't sell by the time my shocks blow.
i think others would simply go coilovers but they're not for me.
