Wheel repair

I scuffed the outside of my rims where the tire and rim seat a few months ago, the damage is quite minimal IMO but I just had my end-of-lease inspection and they are charging me $140 for the repair. I know that I can get and entire rim repaired for $100 from seeing threads over the years.. Where is a shop like this at, in Miami or PBC? If I were to drop my wheel and rim off is it feasible to have it back same day or by the next day?

talked to wheels boutique the other day, and they soon will be painting my stock 19's gloss black. I will also be lowering the car on eibach and having the grille done black as well. finally time to do some modding. Hope everythings well with everyone and we should all meet up soon. Ill post pics when things are completed. Peace

Our good friend's grandma bought a Westie from the pet store, because she could not stand to see it in the little cage. She called us to see if we would like to adopt it. So we just got Baxter! He is a 6 month old west highland terrier. He is so cute, and JD the big dog loves him. I feel a little sad at the same time, because it drums up the bad memories of little coco and her short life, but is exciting at the same time because he reminds me of her in so many ways.

Need an alarm asap!

Today some guy backed up into my rear fender and dent it in and ripped it off a little. I am going to go to a dealership tomorrow to get a quote on how much itis to buy a new bumper and install it. The guy thta hit me will pay for it so after i get the expensive quote what should i do? I was thinkging maye buy a used or new rear bumper off here and have some place install it or maybe myself? whats a good idea? is it hard to install my self?

Hey yall,
Can anyone tell me anything about these Centric rotors? I'm on a budget and I can't get the best rotors right now.. So I would apperciate some feed back on this setup.

I have an o7 coupe.. base model.

Most of the other rotors I have seen have black hubs. So, I was wondering is that just a coating. They kinda look like they would rust and produce a lot of brake dust. (that rust/orange color on the rotors)

Hey all, im new (more or less) to the forums. I have the Stilen Stage 2 Supercharger on my A/T coupe. I was wonderign if there were any SOFL G owners that have/have had the kit or at least have any experience with it. This is my first taste of Forced Induction, and i just wanted some advice and help with my car. Any advice from anyone else is also appreciated.

Ok I realy am in need for a new wheel setup. I love my G but the sight of my wheels on my car now makes me discusted..I need something that will set off my car. If you want to look at my profle/albums and look at my G, its a blk/blk 06 coupe with EVERYTHING blacked out (everything but the exhaust tips). I wanted to go with another pair of 20'' wheels, with a lager rear lip.

My setup now
Foose Df-5 powdercoated blk
9" all the way around but somehow i have 245/275 stargerred setup on it? thats the way it was a year ago when i bought it so i got new tires a few months ago and just kept it the same.

Questions..

#1 Whats the biggest rear wheel size i can fit while still using my 275/30/20 tire? I have a 30mm spacer in the back, and i dont want to use spacers if i dont need them (non-brembo)

2. Any good shops in miami/ft.laud for wheels? Any wheel suggestions?
i would like to keep the wheel completly black lip and face

3. would i need to roll my rear fenders? danny you out there i remeber when i met up with you to get that radar u said u had a homemade fender roller?

My price range is anywhere from 1200-2000 wheels only

I have been told by the organizer that there will be plenty of exoctics on hand , doug levins racing team, eddie bello,the entire viper club of south florida and quite a few ford gt will be on hand ..

I have also been told there should be a big showing of the corvette and acura, and 350Z community

i also heard thru the grapevine that there will be some special activities being held in the latter part of the afternoon , lets just say what was not provided for will be provided for at this event ( wink wink)

CAR SHOW

If you think you have the hottest ride in South Florida , bring it to the hottest event in south Florida , The Top Gun Run . Come and show off what you got and possibly win a free run down the mile . Car show participants will be parked next to the event on the actual taxiway so there will be plenty of people to watch .( please no works in progress for showing at this time) exotics will be on display.

Entry fee is $15.00 which includes driver and one passenger. Additional passengers $5.00 each. 1st & 2nd place winners from each class will get a free run down the mile (must be 18 and older, and sign a release), and the ability to have your picture taken on the mile with your ride.

Min entries in each class is 10 per class for free run to be awarded.

IMPORTANT UPDATES:

Due to a strong interest in the November 14th event, and less interest in the November 7th date Top Gun Run has decided to combine the two events. The fastest cars from both events combine to determine �The Top Gun�. The fastest car in Florida Mile History.

Top Gun Run is aware of the issues that concern both participants, and spectators alike. Participants, we will be using a Tag Heuer Professional Timing System (accurate to 1:10,000th of a second) which will also provide you with a time slip of your run. You will be able to park your trailers along the taxiway for easy access. Spectators, we will provide a PA system to announce speeds, a car show, food and drink vendors within reach, a shuttle van to transport spectators from the parking area to spectator area�s. We are looking into the possibility of additional forms of entertainment, announcements will be forthcoming. Keep sending us suggestions, we are listening.

Top Gun Run is aware that some of you experienced technical difficulty with the registration process. The system has been modified to work with older web browsers. If anyone experiences any difficulties with the registration process please notify us so that we can correct any issues.
