Any tips or advice on how to improve 1st to 2nd gear transition and get better bite (looking for driving tips, not equipment tips)

I'm running a 2004 Sedan 6MT with Vortech SC (10psi)

alberto's sentra turbo ran a 11.9 before getting kicked out
and vern's single turbo G coupe ran a great number...

LeoJang's widebody G weighs over 4000lbs and still got a decent run... next time it'll be in the 10's easy....

I am going to a track tonight with more lax safety rules so I can hit 10's

Mods: X02, Motordyne 5/16 spacer (spacer didn't help me at all since I have a REVUP which doesn't help without the MREV2 according to Hydrazine's posts.

Makes me wonder if the spacer slowed me down. I pulled better 60ft's and it was cooler and I still couldn't beat my best time.

I know there are factors, but I lost 1 MPH and .1 with the spacer.
