is it necessary to disconnect the battery before this installation?

What headlight switch position are the Demon Eyes wired with? Parking lights? Do they stay on with the main beams?

Also, does the kit come with plug-and-play wiring harnesses, or do you have to cut/splice OEM wiring?

The kit is plug n play no soldering or drilling. I believe they can go with your fog lights or as running lights.

when you guys pry apart the lens from case with silicone glue coming off, doesnt it make it problematic now in future? condensation on inside of lens and seal now not the original factory?

The glue does not come off, you simply reheat the lens and and housing then press it back together. If you follow the instructions to reaseal the lights you will not have any issues with condensation.
