Custom Homes
Anyways, I had a thread way back of some homes etc that we're building, thought I'd start one again. I'll update every once in a while with new stuff we're doing etc. I'll start with a Custom modern we designed with the client & our architect. Waiting on permits currently, value should be 3.5-4M upon completion. It will be 5200sqft in Clyde Hill, WA.

^^ Maybe not in your area... $600/sqft is the going rate for old crap homes in Clyde Hill.

Very nice. Clyde Hill is a very nice area, just north of Bellevue. Does this place have any views of Lake Washington, or perhaps some views of downtown Bellevue or even downtown Seattle? Would be interested to see interior renderings as well, if possible.

It will have views of Lake Washington from the 2nd floor. Won't have interior renderings, but will have finished pics once its complete.

The only interior renderings we will have are Kitchen / Bathroom elevations.
Here's an initial Kitchen design, still doesn't have the Island designed yet.

Who does the kitchen and interior designs for you guys.
Same engineer that does the house design? Oh and you should have put a G by the house instead of a gay yellow Pontiac G6 looking thing.
