Places to eat in Vegas.

I have to go for a business thing. I'm going alone and will be there for one day(12th). I will probably come back immediately after I'm done for the day so I only have the restaurants to explore. Suggest.

delmonico's is way overrated. i was just there last month. very disappointed. we had to send one steak back and the rest of us didn't get it prepared the way we wanted. the bread, however, was VERY good. lol

Well I was hoping like a buffet since they are better imo. Plus I wouldn't want to go to a restaurant unless I had a companion.

I ate at the Bellagio, the buffet there was decent.

Friday and Saturdays they have an upgraded buffet with Kobe beef, venison and other good stuff.

1. Picasso at Bellagio is pretty good. I had the tasting menu w/ wine pairing
2. Nobhill inside MGM Grand was really good. Again I had the tasting menu w/ wine pairing.
3. Sea Blue in MGM is ok
4. I do not recommend Pearl, inside MGM
5. Aureole in Mandalay Bay has great atmosphere and good food. I had the tasting menu w/ wine pairing. (I am starting to see a trend).
6. Spago in Caesar's Palace had really good lobster tail.

Hope that helps.

The world buffet at the Rio is typically rated the best buffet in Vegas.
