I think they can chose whatever ammunition they want for us to use, there's no legal implications. We are required to carry what they issue us for on-duty, and they have to approve off-duty ammo. To make it easy, most of us all use the on duty stuff for off duty too.

Well.... I keep my 12 gauge ready for home defense. I think its even cheaper. I have the side saddle full (6) in case they try to shoot back... BUT I keep the chamber open, so when the step in my house the last thing they will hear is the sound of a 12 gauge shell chambering... I have good homeowners insurance and I could truly give a fvck less how much damage I do to my own house just as long as I kill the mother fvcker thats trying to break in.

I still have some Hydroshocks left for my 9mm and my 45. I keep them loaded in the 9, but the 45 I never keep loaded. I am not real thrilled with the accuracy and dependability of my Para Ordance.

I only keep the expensive stuff loaded. I shoot cheap stuff at the range.

45's aren't very accurate. 9's are much much more accurate.

I use nothing but Hydra SHocks except when plinking. Alos have the Law Enforcement tactical 12 gauge shells
