With the ever increasing number of members here on G35Driver, the demands on our staff have also grown.

In an effort to improve efficiency and provide a consistent, equitable method of control,
we are expanding the use of the current infraction/warning system.

When corrective actions are required, the member will receive detailed reference to the Forum Rules
to help him/her understand the correction that is being asked for.
If you receive a warning from the system, please do not take it personally. That is not the intention.

This system also provides the users with direct feedback on their status on G35Driver with a points system.
The point system helps remove the ambiguity of time outs and banishments by the staff.

With an Infraction the user will receive a point(s) depending on the Forum Rule broken.
With a Warning, the user will receive no points; a warning is more of a caution to follow the Forum Rules.

**NOTE; Moderation of the rules has not changed, and for clarity the rules have been consolidated into one location.

If points are issued, they are permanently recorded and as they accrue they will result in the following action;

3 points = 1 day ban
5 points = 3 day ban
7 points = 2 week ban
10 points = 1 month ban
>10 points = permanent ban

NO personal advertising in your avatars/sigs, unless you are a paid advertiser. This includes personal auctions and parts for sale.
NO profanity, racial slurs, nudity, etc. in avatars/sigs or images
NO links to direct competitors to either this site or its sponsors. Please exercise courtesy to those who work to maintain this site.
The rules as stipulated in the Terms of Use also apply to signatures.

Any avatars/signatures that break any of the above rules will be removed without warning. Any signatures that the Administrators or Moderators of this site find offensive, in bad taste, or otherwise objectionable may be removed at their sole discretion.

Avartar enable:
Registered members can enable the usage of a Standard Avatar via their user CP
To enable the usage of a Custom Avatar, a user must be a 'Premier Member', 'Vendor', or 'Staff'.
