Jax Meet #3 - Orange Park Hooters - Pictures
Had a great time at the Jacksonville 3 Mini Meet at the Orange Park Hooters yesterday! Mark and I drove up from Tampa and had a great time. Thanks to Lyndon (w0ady) for running a great meet and making us feel welcome. Met lots of new people yesterday, too... always fun to meet new people and see new cars.
Here's the main picture of most of the FGC crew inside the Orange Park Hooters. Somehow we missed the people sitting at Jason's table, but I didn't realize that until I got home and looked at the pictures. I also remember thinking we sould have asked the Hooter's Girl to get in the picture, not take it. That was fixed later (as you'll see) by Lyndon.  As I mentioned above, Mark and I drove up from Tampa together. It was a nice quiet trip with us concentrating on our driving and keeping both eyes on the road... most of the time.  Lyndon had pre-arranged parking with the Hooter's Management and they were nice enough to rope off a spot right in front of the restaurant with orange cones.  This Jacksonville Meet was pretty open. People came and went all during the meet, so there were constantly new people showing up.  Lyndon's G35 was spotless for this meet. For once he didn' have to drive 200 miles. Also a beautiful new 2007 Sedan. Those dual-throttle bodies are beautiful!   Have you ever noticed that the heavy hitters always seem to find each other and park together? Here are Jason's JWT TT and Will's APS TT. Thanks for the stereo demo, Jason!  Nice APS installation on Will's 350Z.  Will happened to have his TurboXS Tuner Kit hooked up to his UTEC and gave us a demonstration of its abilities. Thanks, Will!  Nice 350Z... Unfortunately, he is having oil-consumption problems and looks like he's scheduled for an engine change.  I have a few more for the next post. You probably don't want to miss them!

Usually we take lots of pictures of all the cars, and that's fun, but... This time Lyndon had a little "something" planned. Lyndon came walking out with several Hooters Girls that offered to pose with our cars.
 Here they are posing in front of Craig's (Pullover20) gorgeous G35 Coupe.  Took a few shots with Lyndon, too.  ...and Will...  ...the Hooters Girls were very popular!  Sorry for cropping the top of you guys heads off... I was trying to frame the pictures and... well... you know... It was nice to chat with Cass (R10Apple) yesterday. His G35 Coupe is looking hot!  Felt like we were in a James Bond film. Friendly guy in a new Aston Martin stopped for a bit. Of course everybody tried to race him... fun times.   Another nice G35 Coupe came late. Very Nice Coupe with killer wheels and stereo.   Another shot of Craig's beautiful G35 Coupe.  After that Mark and I went back to Lyndon's to pick up some secret HIN parts for Ian... Then we were on the road back home... Fun day!  Great event, Lyndon! Thanks for inviting us!

thanks for the kind words jb it was nice meeting you along with all the other new people any one else with pics post them up and dan no way is the brunette the hottest amber the blond (second from the left) was SMOKIN! and she lived up to the hooters name if i do say so myself
