WTF? 267hp?

WTH is going on. Last time I got dynoed, I was at 267 hp/300 lbs torque. at 6lbs boost. I should be alot more than that. They told me I need 440cc injectors and a fuel return system to get over 300. Its hard for me to believe that with twin turbos, 380cc injectors, greddy full exhaust, plenum spacer and a tuned UTEC that I only have 267 rwhp.

What kind of dyno was it? Either way, a VQ35 TT should be no where near there. I would question the tuner/installer of the turbo's & EMS and how much experience they have on the VQ35DE if they can't seem to find the real problem.

Your injectors are really small. They can only deliver so much fuel. I was running 550cc injectors when i was at about 330whp, and my current project requires 650cc injectors to have about 360whp.

Twin turbos mean nothing; the volume of air and the amount of fuel being burnt will determine your power. Your tuner is correct; it looks like your injector's duty cycle is being maxed out.

Well, currently my performance mods are:
UTEC
Technosquare reflash
Power Enterprise Twin Turbo kit - 6lbs (10 max)
380 CC injectors (440cc injectors currently being installed)
AAM fuel return system (Currently being installed)
Aeromotive fuel pressure regulator
NOS intercooler sprayer
Skunk2 Racing plenum spacer
Greddy Blow off valve
Greddy Full true dual Exhaust
Test Pipes
AEM Wideband A/F

AAM told me that with this set up, I should be upper 300s

Is AAM tuning? I have heard of people running a Flash to help with the crossover from the ECU to UTEC (IMO it is not really needed).

nah AAM is too far away from me to tune. RS Motors in MN is doing the tuning for me. It is an AWD dyno too.

Same kinda issue I had. Changed injectors 3 times: 380 to 550 to 720cc. They finally got tired of it and just slapped some huge ones in there and said, "there, you shouldn't need to worry about it for awhile". They also put in a return fuel system, but I didn't notice a difference other than a little smoother stop and go driving.

There was someone else around here with a Vortech claiming only 300whp. Do you know how to datalog with the UTEC? I would say with the injector issue fixed you should have NO problem hitting near 400whp, the PE kit is really nice!

Gawd, I hope it gets fixed - dumping this kind of money into a ride to only get 267 - kind of a heartbreaker

I'm on stock injectors at 355whp, weird that you can't even get it above 300whp regardless of the size of injectors. Tell us more info about your setup...
