A few questions before I pick my car up tomorrow.

First I bought a vortech kit that was installed on an 05 g35 coupe 5AT. I had it installed w\ new injectors and everything on my 04 5AT. The car starts up fine, doesn't seem to be running rich or anything (gauges aren't hooked up yet) but I'd like to know if the tune he had on the kit is ok just to transfer over or do I need it tuned again?

He had the kit tuned to a stock engine w\ stock exhaust, just the vortech; which is the same setup I had right now.

Second question is where do you guys typically get your Cog belts from, I checked superchargersonline.com and they have it for $46, is that typically what they go for? Where else and what brands would you all recommend?

Thanks everyone,

-Dave

RETUNE IT ASAP! And get those gauges working. Don't assume anything. Don't even get into boost before a retune. No two cars are the same... specially when turning an NA car into a FI car...

Even if the idle is smooth and the A/F is checking out on the gauge, the timing could be totally off... just another side note

And welcome to the world of FI!

A big +1 on a fi car you never want to take the chance with the tune.
