Exclamation How much should it cost to install a Vortech Supercharger ?

Just wondering how much you guys have paid for just the install on a full vortech supercharger kit without tuning time and just plug and play on the ssbox.

I have a shop i Houston that said $850 for install.

Thanks.

Thats cheap, you'd better lock in before they figure out what they've done. Also, with that low a price, make sure you double check the work as you don't want any shortcuts taken.

Installing the vortech is at least a 1 1/2 job for the mechanically inclined, but if they haven't done it before on a G it may take them two days. Or one day if they have alot of experience. Either way, that is still a good price for install.

Civic, you can try doing it yourself. It's not a bad install. When you go to have it tuned just have them check the pulley alignment, anything else is hard to mess up. You can even drive the car with the blower belt off, and no harm done.

Should be a 10-12 hour job. Easy just time consuming as long as nothing goes wrong and no parts are missing.
