Vortech Pulley Wobble

Vortech Pulley Wobble

I've had my Vortech SC on for about 3 weeks now and there were two pullies that were wobbling, one was the tensioner pulley which I replaced and now its fine. The other pulley is one of the ribbed pullies, which I replaced as well but it still wobbles when it spins. Any recommendations?
