unidentified ba ba beeep

[HKS V-pro, GReddy boost controller]
After boost applied to engine during normal or hard acceleration then back to idle...BOV valve activates...all normal but then I hear a "ba ba beep" sound (warning). It seems to come from knock/amp boost controller area and repeats maybe 5 times. The higher the boost the more likely to get the sound. Any ideas?
