Gio, good to see you still in the game, Im glad your car is finally running right after all of that. You know what JZ has been through with not having a car for a bit, and it stinks.

I hope JZ gets JT to compensated him somehow for all the shoddy work..

JZ is there any updates on the whole process? Is Vinny Ten building you a new motor or are you getting out of the game?

2 of the best in the industry Pick a reputable engine builder!! There are ALOT of little secrets and things that need to be done right to have a reliable engine..My new guy is from California and builds 900+HP 4 cylinder Hondas. I had him do the machine work in Cali and then assemble her in NJ.

We did find that sizing the bearings properly is crucial, as well ad the end ring gap...He also found that my rod ends were on the tight side and machined those also..

That really sucks, I would cry. Good god, if I opened up my motor and it looked like that inside I'd have a nervous breakdown. Thing is I don't see why the first shop would install built motor no. 1, in the first place especially if it looked like a used one. I'd ship it back. Is he really willing to fix everything if you bring the car down?

I wonder what the other side of the story is.

JT moved back to Orlando....I just wish JZ would try and build again. I would like to know what kind of price Sharif would be willing to do it for...

I heard JT was doing motor builds for a 6 pack of Miller light, and a handjob... Thats how him and Mike got along so well.
