intank walboro question for Vortech Full Kit

Can I install a Walboro intank pump and skip using the external secondary pump ?
I wouldn't be using the + and - out put from the SS unit for the external pump

I don't know the answer to that seeing how I went with the tuner kit route, but I would think the SS box was designed to work with the secondary pump along with the FMU...

Vortech has decent CS when you can get a hold of them. I'm sure they would advise against it however. (I could be totally wrong)

I've seen people getting a tune in addition to there full kit, but that's usually do to running more boost and what not.

I've always chose to stay away from FMU's, but that's just me...

Be sure to post your findings as I am interested in this as well. Sorry I wasn't any real help.

Yes you should be able to. here's a handy link for stock pump upgrades.

I saw that... im thinking I will need to do a return line from the FMU

I have another FI car.... 4.3 Vortec v6 turbo in a Fiero GT using Syclone parts..
and in that crowd they recommend a minimum of a .375 ID or larger fuel line for 400 hp +
and I'm ' surprised I haven't seen anything about this on this board.

I put in a 255 pump in place of the stock pump. Now I'm going to twins so I just pulled that set up out and got the cjm twin pump setup, but my 255. Setup was plenty. On my vortech tuner kit
