2006 Infiniti G35 *Hybrid Turbocharged*?

Is it possible to Hybrid Turbocharge a G35?
What supporting mods would I need?
I don't know a reputable company that sells them for G35's.

Coupe, Premium package, sport suspension
I suspect it is the only way you can get a G to go 200 mph, other than by using a tow rope from a Lambo hooked to the G's tie rod.

Can we just lock the troll's second thread now?
