Yeah I know the plenum wont be as easy and needs way more work. However I use these mostly for the final finish. Its much easier than hand finishing or even a drill. I'll be using palm sander & a dremel for the plenum & get the final finish with that system. All the covers around it are removable so working area is much bigger

I got kind of the same thing rigged from a craftsman dual grinder that I mounted buffers too instead of grinders. After about 30 mins I looked like I climbed out of a coal mine since it doesn't have any covers/deflectors.

BTW is there any tool attachment you use to help ease the process of getting it to that semi finish/ready for actual polish stage besides hand sanding?

I use a tooth brush with 'medium' bristles, and it takes forever.. Sad face

Can't see your engine, there is this huge piece of metal blocking my view. Color looks nice though.

H found a leak in my manifold. Trying to decide if I should chuck out money for a motor Dyne or just get a stock gasket w/Rev up engine.
